Machine Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator (Male) with an ITI in Fitter or Mechanic trade to operate and maintain machinery at our Nadukani facility. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
• Conduct routine checks, minor maintenance, and cleaning of machines.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Report mechanical problems or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately record daily production and machine activity logs.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI – Fitter / Mechanic (mandatory)
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of machine operation experience preferred.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Physically fit and able to work standing for long hours.
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Understanding of workplace safety and industrial hygiene.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
