Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and inventory control. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Track shipments and address any issues related to delivery delays or damaged goods. Negotiate with transport carriers and freight forwarders to secure best shipping terms. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs. Analyze logistics data and create reports to identify areas for process improvement. Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and warehouse teams. Implement and maintain logistics software and systems for real-time tracking and reporting.
