Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and documents to support monitoring of HR metrics Conducting regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records Special projects and other duties as assigned, and support for other HR specialties, as required Key Required Skills, Experience, And Attributes Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written English (complete fluency in English is a requirement) High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required Previous HRIS experience and data analysis an asset; SAP and Success Factors experience preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work independently and participate as an effective team member, with colleagues locally and globally Ability to prioritize effectively given multiple changing demands and deadlines High level of professionalism Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to maintaining staff privacy and confidentiality Why join us?
