Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Golang Developer to join our backend engineering team. As a Go developer, you will be responsible for building efficient, scalable, and robust microservices and APIs that power critical business processes. You will work closely with architects, product managers, and DevOps to design and develop high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Golang Implement RESTful and/or gRPC APIs with proper documentation Work with microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code quality Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA for smooth integration and deployment Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions Implement secure coding practices and follow clean code principles Required Skills: Strong experience in Go (Golang) development Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines , and channel patterns Experience in building APIs and microservices Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD tools Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Good to Have: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT) Experience working in a DevOps-enabled environment Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC APIs Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
