Fullstack Developer

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Java (Struts, Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Proficiency in React.js, and related front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux).
• Hands-on experience with developing web and mobile applications (e.g., React Native is a plus).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle, with practical experience implementing models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying applications and AI/ML solutions.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Consulting Skills:

• Proven ability to gather client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team setting.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Junior Full Stack Developer and 8 years of experience as Full Stack Developer with hands-on development experience, including client-facing consulting or project delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical roadmaps.
• Design and build scalable web and mobile applications using Java and React.
• Develop and integrate AI and ML models into applications using industry best practices.
• Perform hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, data scientists, and DevOps.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to client development teams.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with client goals.
