Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct property site visits for potential buyers/tenants.
Explain property features, amenities, location benefits, and pricing clearly.
Follow up with clients post-visit to address queries and drive conversions.
Maintain a daily log of visits, client feedback, and progress.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients and management.
Requirements
Good communication
Presentable personality and professional attitude.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
Knowledge of local geography and real estate market is a plus.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
