Must-haves Deep problem solving capability - must have the capability to diagnose the problem and understand possible solutions and passionately fight for what is right (skin in the game and being right a lot) Customer empathy - naturally thinks user experience first, and design first while solving for growth and retention (Customer Obsession and Solve elegantly) - Ownership of Customer Metrics - must have experience of owning end to end consumer metrics (must have: front end, good to have: backend also) deliver outcome Hands on understanding of atleast one of Flutter, iOS, or Android. (expectation of hands on coding and understand front end architecture of the product or platform he/she has been working on. Expectation is for the person to have been in a hands on role in the last 2 years. Deep backend architecture is not required. (deliver outcome) Prior experience of atleast 1-2 years of leading a team (earn trust) Exposure to mobile testing frameworks and automation (solve elegantly) Must be curious to learn and adopt AI Good to have Exposure to fintech or payments apps Flutter knowledge Built and shipped 01 products in fast-paced environments Prior AI experience in prompting and getting a functional code Passionate about performance, visual polish, and app architecture
