Electrical Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial applications. You will work closely with engineers, electricians, and project managers to ensure the efficient and safe operation of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems, including mounting solar panels, wiring, and inverters.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and performance testing of solar installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair PV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret system design documents, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Assist in site evaluations and pre-installation assessments.
• Complete reports on installation, service, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in solar energy, electrical, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar PV installation or electrical work (freshers with training will also be considered).
• Knowledge of solar PV components (panels, inverters, mounting systems, etc.).
• Ability to work at heights, on rooftops, and in outdoor environments.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
