Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Develop and manage Windows Forms Applications and Windows Services.
• Create and consume REST APIs for application integrations.
• Integrate applications with HRMS systems and other third-party tools.
• Work with SQL Server and

  Oracle databases

  : writing stored procedures, complex queries, and optimizing performance.
• Host and deploy applications on IIS / Windows Server environments.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework/Core.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Windows Applications and Windows Services.
• Good command over SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Exposure to HRMS system integration (such as payroll, attendance, etc.).
• Hosting/deployment experience on IIS, Windows Server.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues independently.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication and requirement analysis skills.
