Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAD tools along with strong knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Windchill systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, or similar).
  
• Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and design for manufacturability principles.
  
• Manage and maintain design documentation through PDM/PLM tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement to support new product development and design changes.
  
• Ensure all design data is accurately maintained and released using Windchill or equivalent PLM system.
  
• Work closely with the engineering team to support design reviews and approvals.
  
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide timely solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software (Creo preferred, or SolidWorks/Inventor).
  
• Strong working knowledge of PDM, PLM systems (Windchill is a must).
  
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
  
• Experience in change management and document control.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
