Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team and bring our brand to life across social media platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, understand trends, and know how to engage audiences with fresh, thumb-stopping content, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all major social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and seasonal trends
• Generate ideas for posts, reels, videos, stories, and carousels that boost engagement and brand visibility
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor performance of content using platform analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Capture and edit photos/videos (basic level or coordinate with creative team)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and contribute to community building

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
• [Optional] Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or paid social campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
