1) Machine Operation : Operating the CNC/VMC machine during the manufacturing process, monitoring the machining operations, and making adjustments as needed to ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished parts. 2) Machine Setup : Ensuring the CNC/VMC machine is set up correctly for the specific job or task 3) Programming : Loading and running pre-written programs or writing new programs for the CNC/VMC machine to perform various machining operations such as drilling, milling, cutting 4) Quality Control : Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards, making adjustments to the machine settings as necessary to correct any deviations. 5) Maintenance : Performing Routine Maintenance tasks on the CNC/VMC machine, such as Cleaning, Lubricating, and replacing Worn out or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. 6) Troubleshooting : Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or problems with the CNC/VMC machine, such as tool wear, programming errors, or mechanical malfunctions, and taking corrective action to resolve 7) Safety : Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others. Ensure adherance for wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety
