Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with MSME clients requiring financial solutions.
• Lead client meetings to understand their operations and funding needs.
• Coordinate with internal directors to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
• Collect and validate all necessary financial documents for loan processing.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network of

  bankers, CAs, and industry professionals

• Understand client operations to create and propose customized funding solutions.
• Represent the organization professionally in client-facing and internal communication.

Required Skills:

• Strong in sourcing and outreach through both structured and ad-hoc methods.
• Comfortable with

  cold calling, direct engagement, and initiating conversations

• Ability to build and nurture meaningful client relationships over time.
• Good understanding of

  core financial concepts and lending products

• Effective communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or MBA in

  Finance

  preferred (other educational backgrounds open for consideration).
• Experience in

  financial sales
