Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications.- Manage and oversee the entire application development process.- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the development phase.- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the project requirements.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development.- Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the project. Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Experience in designing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions.- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP.- Hands-on experience in developing and debugging ABAP programs.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code.- Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies.- Good To Have

Skills:

Experience with SAP Fiori development.- Recommendation:Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with ABAP.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based in Mumbai.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
