Accounting Faculty

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, developing course material, and ensuring academic excellence in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses in Accounting, Finance, and related subjects.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and assessments.
• Develop and update curriculum and course materials in line with industry standards.
• Guide students in projects, internships, and research work.
• Conduct internal assessments, exams, and provide feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and curriculum development.
• Stay updated with current trends and practices in the accounting field.
• Support students academically and professionally.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent) or PhD in Accounting or Finance.
• UGC NET qualification preferred (for college/university positions).
• Professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA) are an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in Accounting and Financial Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to use digital tools and platforms for online/offline teaching.
• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
