Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within deadlines.
• Perform

  bank reconciliation

  and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle

  accounts payable and receivable

  entries.
• Generate

  invoices

  and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
• Maintain and reconcile

  ledger accounts

  .
• Assist in

  monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

  .
• Prepare supporting documentation for

  audits

  and

  tax filings

  .
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial matters.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

  in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 13 years

  of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

  .
• Practical understanding of

  GST

  ,

  TDS

  , and basic Indian tax laws.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and other MS Office tools.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating with auditors or external consultants.
  
• Exposure to

  e-way billing

  ,

  e-invoicing

  , and

  digital payment reconciliation

  .
• Familiarity with accounting in service and/or trading industries.
