As a Sales and Business Development Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding branch sales targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calling, guiding and counseling primarily working professional students, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and evaluating software solutions for trainers. Effective communication with trainers and learners via phone and email will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have strong business development skills to achieve individual sales targets, present company offerings effectively to potential clients, address objections, and convert leads into customers. Time and performance management are essential, as you will be required to track and evaluate both individual and team performance daily, as well as maintain structured reports for ongoing monitoring. Having comprehensive insights into the education sector and understanding business strategies and industry structures will be crucial. Networking and collaboration skills are also important, as you will interact with leading trainers and industry experts and become part of India's largest trainer association. Process optimization and visual management are key aspects of this role, involving the implementation of structured visual management for daily operations and the development of clear work instructions and guidelines to enhance efficiency. This is a full-time position located in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, requiring a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is necessary, and the work will be conducted in person during day shifts.
