The role of Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid position based in Kozhikode. As the Zonal Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing sales performance, devising and executing sales strategies, achieving or surpassing sales targets, and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Regular travel within the designated zone will be necessary for client meetings, market analysis, and team coordination. Additionally, some remote work is permissible. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership abilities and prior experience in team management. Proficiency in formulating and executing sales strategies, adeptness in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement, familiarity with market analysis and sales performance evaluation, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. The capability to work autonomously and adapt to a hybrid work setting is crucial. Moreover, expertise in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is expected. Candidates for this position are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the export and import industry would be advantageous.,
