Zoho Implementation Expert

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist at Aurnex Premium Zoho Partner in Ahmedabad, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, map HR workflows, design smart automations, and deliver scalable solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. Your role involves leading high-impact implementations and expanding your expertise in cross-app functionalities. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirement gathering, finalizing scopes, client training, and UAT sessions. You will be tasked with building custom workflows, automations, and advanced logic using Deluge scripting. Additionally, integrating Zoho HRMS with various Zoho apps and third-party tools, configuring features like attendance, shifts, leave, onboarding, and appraisals, as well as taking ownership of Zoho People and Recruit implementations will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with team members for solutioning discussions and providing post-implementation support are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of Zoho implementation experience, with a focus on Zoho People and Recruit. Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, blueprints, and workflow automation is required. Strong functional knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills for client interactions, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are crucial. Familiarity with other Zoho apps and HRMS solutions is advantageous. Candidates with experience in apps like CRM, Books, Projects, or Desk, previous involvement in cross-app integrations or Zoho Creator apps for HR workflows, and Zoho certifications (People, Recruit, CRM) will be preferred.
