Internship Details:

• Duration:

  3 to 6 months

• Location:

  Pune (Internship from Office premises)

Role Summary:

Training Executive (Technical Learning) will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of training programs. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong commitment to customer service and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Coordination:
• Execute training schedules, handling logistics, and participant registration process
• Coordinate with trainers, organize training infrastructure, work with other stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
• Administrative Support:
• Create and maintain training documentation, including course materials, handouts, and evaluation forms.
• Track training attendance, progress, and completion rates.
• Maintain regular feedback reports.
• Customer Service:
• Provide support to training participants and stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze training data and work on areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular training reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management. (Engineering background will be added advantage )
