Works/Service Manager

You will be joining Autotek as a Works/Service Manager for Ashok Leyland MHCV Vehicles in Shamshabad area, Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include managing service operations, supervising repairs and maintenance, overseeing the service team, ensuring efficient workflow, managing schedules, converting fleet owners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will require a combination of sales and operations skills, along with a focus on team building and safety standards compliance. - Manage daily service operations for Ashok Leyland MHCV vehicles - Supervise repairs and maintenance activities - Oversee the service team and ensure efficient workflow - Manage schedules and convert fleet owners - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service - Adhere to safety standards and company policies - Build and lead a high-performing service team - Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and management of Ashok Leyland MHCV vehicles - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service and communication abilities - Proficiency in handling service-related documentation and compliance - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage schedules - Technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics, particularly Ashok Leyland vehicles 9 Tonne and above - Qualification in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred,
