Job Description

As an inventive transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will have the opportunity to blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to collaborate closely with clients and deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to their challenges. Your role will involve: - Supporting product queries and customers with operational challenges related to Blue Yonder WMS Discrete - Performing development of Minor Enhancements and working on Continuous Improvement Activities - Troubleshooting at the interface level between various upstream systems - Designing and developing Blue Yonder WMS Discrete solutions - Configuring and customizing Blue Yonder applications - Designing business workflows and ensuring proper application mapping/flow - Developing interfaces on BY Integrator for integration with other systems - Partnering with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios - Working independently with minimal direction, being a self-starter with strong initiative, and managing workload effectively to deliver high-quality results Your profile should include: - Good understanding and experience of BY Functionalities, BY Technical Architecture, BY WMS processes, development and enhancement of MOCA commands, triggers, workflows, BY Integrator, and related BY tables - Hands-on experience in process execution - Experience in developing Interfaces using BY Integrator with ERP systems - Working experience on Jasper Reports, Page Builder, Creating Labels, and Inbound/Outbound process with BY WMS Discrete - In-depth understanding of key warehouse processes and functions such as Picking, shipping, waving, receiving, inventory control, replenishment - Proven ability to work independently on projects and handle multiple concurrent projects - Familiarity/working experience in ITIL framework Working at Capgemini, you will love: - Flexible work arrangements to provide support for remote work or flexible work hours, enabling a healthy work-life balance - Career growth opportunities through various programs and diverse professions that support exploration of a world of opportunities - Equipping yourself with valuable certifications in the latest technologies such as Generative AI Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse group of 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries.
