Job Description

Role Overview: As a skilled Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows system and server network. Your duties will include installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to servers and desktops, and ensuring the security and stability of the network. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with overseas customers via Email, Chat, Ticketing System, and Phone - Evaluate the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems - Troubleshoot system and server errors - Review system error logs and user-reported errors - Monitor and update the Windows codebase - Manage user access - Monitor system performance - Maintain server architecture security - Create system backups Qualifications Required: - Strong written and spoken English communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator - Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance - Experience with databases, patch management, and networks (including LAN and WAN) - Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms - Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup - Good problem-solving abilities - Excellent analytical and communication skills Additional Details: - The minimum required experience for this position is 1 year - Salary range of 12000-20000/month - Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational qualification expected,
