Job Title: Welding trainer (TIG & MIG) (Skill Development)

1. Plan and Schedule Training Sessions

• Ensure each session lasts 34 hours and meets training objectives.

1. Conduct Training on Welding Techniques

• Deliver hands-on training focused on

  TIG

  and

  MIG

  welding techniques.
• Use a combination of

  PowerPoint presentations

  ,

  live demonstrations

  , and

  interactive discussions

  .

1. Manage Training Equipment and Tools

• Arrange and transport all necessary machines, tools, and equipment to training venues.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition before and during sessions.

1. Ensure Participant Engagement and Attendance

• Record participant attendance accurately for each session.
• Facilitate an interactive learning environment to encourage active participation.

1. Collect and Analyze Feedback

• Distribute and collect feedback forms from all participants after each session.
• Compile and submit feedback data for continuous program improvement.

1. Produce Video Case Studies

• Record training sessions or specific segments to create

  video case studies

  .
• Ensure videos capture key moments for promotional and reporting purposes.

1. Travel Requirements

• Travel extensively within

  Tamil Nadu

  to deliver training sessions.
• Travel to

  Jindal Stainless office in Haryana

  for initial

  certification and orientation

  before starting the program.

1. Coordinate with Project Teams

• Work closely with the organizing team for logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth execution of each training session as per the program timeline.

Qualifications:

• Trainers Qualification & Experience for Fabricator Training Program
• Trainers Qualification and experience in the relevant sector (in years) Engineer/Diploma (Mechanical/ Material Engineering/ Metallurgy) with at least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience as a trainer in areas such as welding, fabrication, sheet metal
• Works in SS industry/allied industry. OR Skill training in relevant domain/ ITI certified with minimum 10 years of experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline.
• Basic understanding of JSL Application process
• Ability to multi task and manage multiple batches/students simultaneously.
