Website Designer & Developer

As a Website Designer & Developer at Gamma Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our digital presence by building and managing our online community, enabling marketing automation, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and languages. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress website, integrating with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, and ensuring compliance with global security and privacy standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with WordPress, along with expertise in building responsive and accessible websites. You should be proficient in integrating marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, and have a strong understanding of global security and privacy standards. Your responsibilities will include creating a seamless user experience optimized for different devices, developing secure online community portals, integrating with marketing automation platforms, implementing localization functionality, ensuring GDPR compliance, and following WordPress security best practices. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in designing and developing WordPress-based websites. Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP are required. Additionally, you should have proven experience integrating with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, designing mobile-first responsive layouts, and implementing gated content and community areas. Knowledge of web security best practices, GDPR compliance, and data protection requirements is essential, along with experience in localization, international SEO, and regional UX considerations. Preferred skills for this role include experience with WordPress and Salesforce, knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1, familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and site performance optimization tools, and a background in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
