Job Title: Website Developer & Designer Department: IT / Digital / Marketing. office timing: 3pm to 11 pm Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer & Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical web development skills with a keen eye for modern design aesthetics, ensuring seamless user experience (UX) and optimized website performance across all devices. Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that align with brand identity. Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Bootstrap). Build and manage websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project managers to implement design and functionality requirements. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility. Conduct website performance testing, troubleshooting, and debugging. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Maintain website security and perform regular updates or backups. Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, design trends, and best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub). Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience with backend development (Node.js, Laravel, or Python frameworks). Knowledge of APIs and integrations (RESTful APIs, payment gateways, etc.). Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools. Portfolio demonstrating design and development work.
