Web & Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a dynamic Web & Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of hands‑on experience to join our Trichy office. You’ll work on complete design flows — from visual mockups to web-ready graphics — ensuring brand consistency across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact web graphics: banners, sliders, UI assets, icons.
• Create digital marketing collateral: social posts, e‑newsletters, ads.
• Support branding & print: brochures, flyers, posters.
• Convert wireframes into polished UI mockups, collaborate with developers.
• Ensure responsive design excellence for mobile and desktop.
• Retouch images, manipulate visuals, optimize for web performance.
• Maintain brand consistency — adhere to style guides for typography, colors, layouts.
• Work closely with writers, developers, and product teams to align on design vision.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, propose fresh design ideas.
• Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator (CorelDraw a plus)
• Web technologies: HTML5 & CSS3 fundamental understanding
• UX/UI principles: wireframes, mockups, responsive layouts
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail, time management, ability to take feedback
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year professional experience, ideally across both web & graphic realms
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Trichy — fully on-site in office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
