Web & Graphic Designer

About the Role

Algorithms Software is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual assets across digital and print for our brand, Xpedeon. The role covers presentations, brochures, eBooks, sales collateral, landing pages, event materials and digital campaign assets, with video and motion design as a supportive skill. The designer will ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all channels, working closely with marketing, sales and regional teams to deliver assets that clearly communicate value and strengthen brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Design: Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and templates for sales, marketing and leadership that balance creativity with professional polish
• Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, flyers, case studies, eBooks, print ads and event materials that effectively communicate brand and messaging
• Digital Assets: Develop landing pages, website graphics, social media creatives, infographics, banners, thumbnails and email visuals to support campaigns
• Video and Motion: Support campaigns with simple animations, product explainers, testimonial edits and event highlight reels when required
• Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs to maintain a unified identity
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product and regional teams to deliver creative assets aligned with business objectives
• Asset Management: Build and maintain a structured library for design templates and brand materials to ensure consistency and enable reuse
• Creative Ideation: Research design, web and print trends and introduce new ideas for stronger visual engagement

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Visual Communication or a related field 5+ years of professional design experience covering both print and digital assets
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
• Expert knowledge of print production standards including bleeds, CMYK and press-ready formats Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML
• Ability to simplify complex content into clear, visually engaging layouts
• Strong attention to detail with expertise in typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with theability to prioritise projects effectively
• Exposure to B2B SaaS design

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma or similar design tools
• Previous agency-side experience
