Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, staffing, safety, and process optimization. Your role will require a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and a passion for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities in Zoho and Excel, including goods received, stored, and shipped. - Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and productivity. - Coordinate with the sales team for timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. - Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and audits. - Lead and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes. - Implement and monitor KPIs to track warehouse performance and improve workflows. - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain activities. - Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure proper labeling and storage of products. - Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Maintain warehouse layout and equipment for scalable growth and operational agility. - Leverage warehouse management systems and technology tools for data-driven decision-making. - Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and track shipments, update delivery dates, and generate Purchase Orders in Zoho. - Work closely with the hardware team for local purchases and understand client requirements for special attention. - Email clients after dispatch, including shipping bills, and ensure material receipt approval. - Provide training, guidance, and daily task assignments to warehouse staff, taking updates from the Purchase team. Qualifications: - MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and WMS software (e.g., Zoho). - 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.,
