Note -

Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of
MS Dynamics CRM (2016 / D365 preferred)

Experience in
functional testing & automation testing
for CRM applications.
Good understanding of
Core Banking concepts (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.)
.
Proficiency in
SQL queries
for backend validation.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
