Job Description

About a Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Enablement Strategy:

Define and execute a comprehensive
technology enablement roadmap
aligned with the companys digital transformation goals.
Lead programs that drive
effective adoption of platforms, tools, and enterprise applications
across departments.
Build frameworks for measuring adoption, utilization, and business value realization of technology investments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Engineering, IT, Product, HR, L&D, and business unit leaders to design tailored enablement initiatives.
Ensure seamless onboarding, change management, and training processes for new technologies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and business stakeholders on tech enablement best practices.

Training & Digital Upskilling:

Oversee enterprise
digital fluency and training programs
, in partnership with HR and L&D.
Develop role-specific enablement paths (e.g., citizen developers, business analysts, operations teams).
Support onboarding and learning for low-code/no-code platforms, collaboration tools, and automation technologies.

Innovation & Change Leadership:

Lead internal communities of practice focused on technology use, automation, and innovation.
Stay ahead of tech trends (AI/ML, low-code, data platforms, cloud, etc.) and recommend practical applications.
Promote a
culture of tech-savviness
, experimentation, and scalable innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in
consulting, enterprise transformation, or digital centers of excellence
.
Experience with
low-code/no-code
, RPA, or AI-enablement programs.
MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Organizational Leadership.
Certifications such as
Prosci, PMP, Agile, ITIL
, or related frameworks are a plus.
