Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services.
Manage and support IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, and cloud platforms.
Lead and develop the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system security and compliance.
Coordinate helpdesk operations and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
Manage hardware and software inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Plan and execute IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly updated.
Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and recommend solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS).
Experience managing hybrid or fully remote IT environments.
Background in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
