Red Nucleus is seeking a VP of Enterprise Data Strategy & AI Innovation to become a part of the leadership team. The role can be performed remotely on a full-time basis within the United States. As the VP of Enterprise Data Strategy & AI Innovation, you will hold a key leadership position within the Innovation Office, reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO). Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement a forward-looking data strategy in collaboration with the CINO to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and unlock significant business value. Working closely with various Business Units across the organization, you will identify opportunities, guide analytics investments, and lead a team of data scientists to develop AI-driven solutions. This role requires a combination of strategic vision and operational execution to facilitate the organization's transition from being data-rich to becoming insight-led and AI-enabled. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Chief Innovation Officer to develop and drive the enterprise data strategy in alignment with the innovation agenda. Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Unit leaders, translating business challenges into data-driven roadmaps. - Innovation & Productization: Lead the design and development of scalable, repeatable data products and AI tools to enhance internal operations and client-facing services. Prioritize innovation initiatives for service delivery transformation and efficiency gains. - Team & Operational Oversight: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data science and analytics team. Drive the execution of projects involving machine learning, statistical modeling, data automation, and predictive analytics. - Efficiency & Enablement: Use data and automation to streamline internal processes, reduce manual work, and accelerate insight generation. Develop dashboards, reports, and decision support tools to facilitate smarter decision-making. - Governance & Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer to ensure strategic alignment with the broader enterprise innovation strategy. Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure ethical and responsible data use. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of experience in data strategy and analytics. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing data strategies that drive business transformation, and a deep understanding of data science, AI/ML, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics stacks are essential. Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills are also required.
