Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Communication Specialist based in Pune. As a Visual Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing visual content, developing strategic communication plans, writing press releases, and handling internal communications. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication both internally and externally. Responsibilities - Design visually compelling PowerPoint decks for client presentations and internal use. - Create engaging visual assets such as banners, infographics, and social media creatives. - Utilize tools like Presentation.ai, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred). - Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. - Edit and format documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). - Collaborate with consultants to translate complex data into simple visual stories. Qualifications - Strong communication and writing skills. - Experience in crafting press releases and handling strategic communications. - Proficiency in internal communications. - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in the tech industry. - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, and Adobe design tools. - Strong design sense and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects. - Must own a laptop with relevant software/tools. - 100% work from the office in Baner, Pune.,
