Virtual Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and online channels to assess customer requirements.
• Qualify leads based on interest, property type, and product suitability.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on curtains, blinds, and shutter solutions.
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with design consultants.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer data within the CRM system.
• Provide preliminary quotes or estimates where appropriate.
• Assist with customer queries related to fabric options, product functionality, installation, and warranty.
• Stay updated on the latest product lines, promotions, and interior décor trends.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in

  presales, telesales, or customer service

  (preferably in retail, home improvement, or interiors).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging customers.
• Knowledge of interior décor, curtains, or blinds will be an added advantage.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
