Vice President-Business Analysis & Quality Analytics

You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and enforcing quality assurance standards and measures for the business technology services within the organization. Your role will involve understanding functional requirements, preparing test plans, managing the design, documentation, and execution of test cases, and ensuring defect management through bug tracking software. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Delivery Manager for release management and monitor process implementation as per defined SOP. Your responsibilities will also include test progress reporting to various stakeholders, ensuring software quality compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, and selecting appropriate automated test tools for improving testing efficiency. You will be expected to set clear expectations for the QA team, guide and train them on various aspects of the system, and provide performance feedback regularly. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree with MCA/MCS/MBA from a reputed university and have 8 to 12 years of direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing. You should also have at least 10 years of experience managing all aspects of a QA team. Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities are essential skills required for this position. Moreover, you should have hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software, as well as practical knowledge in importing data for use in reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts. Technical fluency in programming languages, good project management skills, and exposure to project-based work structures are also desired competencies for this role.,
