Vessel Operator - Tankers

Monitor updates and propose improvements in safety, security, commercialeffectiveness, voyage efficiency, and incident corrective actions.

Drive and provide recommendations in improving automation and smartoperation services for the Chartering/Operations and Performance Modules.

Review all necessary vessel inspection reports, quarterly financialreports, and documentation concerning vessel performance and operational issuesand submit recommendations to Owners.

Contribute to better collaboration, enhancement of clientscommitment,and promotion of the

Companyprofile.

Support Vessels and PostFixture

Preparefreight accounts / hire statements and ensure timely collection of outstandingamounts.

Beaware of the principles in commercial agreements, charter parties, and BSMonboard obligations.

Obtain and review charter parties. Advise owners on the worth highlighted clauses within the charter party.

Brieffleet team and senior onboard officers on the highlighted clauses within thecharter party.

Reviewthe pre-fixing requirements and charter party clauses during negotiations.

Followup on the vessel position and assist Masters to ensure compliance with the CharterParty requirements on Commercial and Operational matters.

Providecommercial and operational support to the assigned vessels for the voyage andcargo requirements to be met and subsequently ensure compliance with charterparty.

MonitorVessel and Voyage performance

Handlecommercial claims, cargo claims and Charter Party disputes.

Intervenetimely when there is a disagreement between Charterers, Owners and Masters.

Liaisewith Masters, Charterers/Brokers and Owners on Commercial/operational matters.

Tanker Specific

Monitorthe accurate, timely, and qualitative execution of all cargo hold cleaningactivities and preparation for loading in conformance with cargo and charterparty requirements.

Participatein the development of the cargo tanks cleaning plan for the assigned vesselsand monitor its accurate execution.

Monitorthe cargo tank condition inspection activities of the assigned tanker vesselsand advise TSI accordingly.
