Valve Mechanical Engineer

As a Project Engineer for Valve Mechanical Design at Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC), your main responsibility is to design the Converters Valve based on project requirements and support tests to ensure its proper function. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure project delivery. - Provide tender support and prepare related documents. - Participate in project execution and closely work with Project Manager. - Design converter valve based on customer requirements and communicate with other function teams. - Prepare related drawings, create, and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs). - Prepare technical presentations and reports. - Occasionally travel abroad for short periods. - Uphold Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions, caring for colleagues, and the business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. - Experience in CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo, and PLM tools. - Proficiency in technical report generation and customer coordination. - Knowledge in manufacturing processes. - Good understanding of Converter Valves, with experience in NX and Teamcenter considered an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated technical attitude and a passion for quality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
