UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

1. User Experience & Interface Design

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with business goals.
  
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to improve usability and optimize conversions.
  
• Maintain cohesive design systems across platforms, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  

2. Motion Graphics, 3D Animation & Video Content

• Develop micro-interactions, UI animations, and motion graphics that increase engagement.
  
• Create 3D animations for product demos, promotions, and branding assets.
  
• Edit high-quality explainer and marketing videos that communicate brand value.
  

3. Social Media & Content Design

• Design engaging social media creatives (static, motion, GIFs, carousels).
  
• Create visual assets for blogs, newsletters, and campaigns to boost engagement.
  
• Collaborate with marketing to produce storytelling visuals that align with lead-generation strategies.
  

4. Brand Identity & Visual Design

• Define and maintain brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes.
  
• Design logos, icons, and branding elements for consistent identity.
  
• Ensure brand cohesion across digital and print platforms.
  

5. Collaboration & Implementation

• Partner with developers to translate designs into functional, high-performing digital products.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product) to align designs with objectives.
  
• Continuously refine designs based on testing, critiques, and best practices.
