Job Title: International Technical Recruiter (US IT Recruiter)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary:

Benda Infotech is looking for a dynamic and driven International Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hiring technical talent for US-based clients and should be comfortable working in a night shift from our Newtown, Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates through various channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate salaries and terms with candidates and close offers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand job requirements and provide quality candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., Java Developer, QA, .NET, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience sourcing candidates from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts and collaborating with US-based clients.
