US IT Technical Recruiter

We are hiring US IT Recruiters (Freshers to 3 years experience) to join our recruitment team. This is a full-time role in night shift (US timings), where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our ongoing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary rates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and build strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Recruitment
• Open to work Onsite Indore.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours).
• Graduation in any stream (HR/Management preferred but not mandatory).
