Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed
3D BIM models
using
Autodesk Revit
with a primary focus on
MEPF disciplines
.
Work on
modeling of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
as per design and coordination requirements.
Create and manage
Revit families
, templates, and content libraries.
Coordinate MEPF models with architectural and structural models to resolve
clashes and interferences
.
Prepare
shop drawings
,
construction drawings
, and
as-built models
from BIM data.
Ensure models are compliant with
project standards
,
BIM execution plans
, and
LOD (Level of Detail)
requirements.
Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and other BIM team members for smooth project delivery.
Conduct
clash detection
and
interdisciplinary coordination
using tools like
Navisworks Manage
or similar.
Maintain BIM documentation and follow QA/QC procedures for model reviews.

Skills & Software Requirements:

Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit (MEP)
mandatory
Knowledge of
AutoCAD
,
Navisworks
, and
BIM 360
is a strong advantage
Understanding of
MEPF systems and their integration
in BIM workflows
Experience with
Revit Family Creation
and parametric modeling
Familiarity with
BIM standards
(LOD, COBie, ISO19650, etc.)
