UI/UX Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, based in the Mohali district. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs, including crafting mockups, wireframes, and prototypes, refining visual design elements, and enhancing user experience. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless front-end development and a cohesive product vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design to develop engaging interfaces
• Experience in User Experience Design (UED) to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
• Basic knowledge of Front-End Development to facilitate design-to-development handoff
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Understand project requirements and translate them into clear user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design clean, modern and consistent UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and methodologies is preferred
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field is a plus

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Figma (primary), Adobe XD or similar tools.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and interaction design.
• Good understanding of responsive design, grids and layout principles.
• Ability to create polished visuals including typography, spacing and component design.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly.
