About the Role

Prologic Technologies is seeking a creative, analytical, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer to craft seamless digital experiences for our global customers. This role goes beyond designing interfaces — we’re looking for someone who can blend user psychology, design systems, and data-driven insights to enhance product adoption and engagement.

You will own the end-to-end design function, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable design processes that strengthen our digital presence across web and product experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX strategy aligned with product and business goals
• Conduct user research, persona creation, and customer journey mapping
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent user experiences

User Research & UX Design

• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews
• Identify friction points and optimize user flows for conversion and engagement
• Advocate for user-centered design across teams
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to improve UX

UI Design & Interaction

• Create intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused UI designs
• Apply responsive and mobile-first design best practices
• Design interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)

AI-Driven Design & Automation

• Leverage AI tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows
• Develop SOPs for rapid prototyping, component creation, and design iterations
• Implement automation to enhance design speed without compromising quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and content teams to align design goals
• Provide detailed design handoffs with specifications and interaction guidelines

Community-Driven Insights

• Monitor design trends across Dribbble, Behance, Reddit, and UX communities
• Identify emerging patterns and incorporate innovative solutions
• Lead internal design discussions and share best practices across teams

Must-Have Market Experience

• Proven UI/UX experience for global clients.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and end-to-end UX projects
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Hotjar, GA4
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or component-based design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
