UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at JellyBean, you will play a crucial role in the User Experience & Design team, contributing to the creation of modern and visually appealing designs for web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with different teams to ensure that the products align with business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility. Here's what you'll be accountable for: - Participating in client calls to comprehend their requirements. - Developing Information Architecture, wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, and personas to maintain UI consistency. - Guiding and upholding UX consistency across all platforms. - Establishing delivery expectations with both the UX team and clients. - Providing project estimates for UI design time and effort. - Crafting reusable user experience assets to bolster core UX endeavors. - Working closely with developers and client teams to guarantee successful solution implementation. To thrive in this position, you should have: - 4-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design role. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Balsamiq, and Axure/After Effects. - Understanding of contemporary design styles, mobile responsiveness, and interaction design. - A portfolio showcasing launched web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of brand identity and style guide design. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions. - An entrepreneurial mindset focused on enhancing customer experience. - Strong attention to detail for pixel-perfect designs.
