You are a UI/UX Designer at IENERGY NETZERO, a top-tier EHS and ESG software platform, situated in Noida. Your primary responsibility involves crafting mockups, visual designs, and prototypes to elevate user experience. Engaging in front-end development is crucial to seamlessly implement design concepts. Your daily activities include collaborating with diverse teams, conducting user research, testing designs, and refining them based on feedback to enhance user satisfaction and interface usability. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Figma. Your expertise should encompass creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping. Strong skills in User Experience Design (UED) are essential. Proficiency in Front-End Development is required to bring design concepts to life effectively. You should be adept at conducting user research and integrating feedback into design iterations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for effective collaboration within the team. Being on-site in Noida is mandatory for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary. Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is advantageous.,
