Roles & Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using modern design tools.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
• Implement UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and React, Next JS.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products through style guides and design systems.
• Optimize UI for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and front-end technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Front-End Developer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
