UI/UX Designer

You are a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Fresher) with a strong passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create engaging and seamless user interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user experience, ensuring pixel-perfect UI implementation, conducting user research and usability testing, creating visually appealing UI elements, and working with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. It will be crucial for you to ensure that your designs align with brand guidelines and industry best practices while staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) and have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (college projects/internship work is acceptable). You should have a basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, as well as familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Additionally, you should have good communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates.
