UI UX developer

As a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs. You will design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final user interfaces, ensuring consistency in design patterns and brand guidelines across products. Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to enhance user experience will be part of your responsibilities. You will implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect frontend designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, optimizing applications for speed and scalability. Staying updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices will also be key. In terms of technical and design skills, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and familiarity with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js are essential. Experience in responsive and mobile-first design, CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS, as well as version control with Git/GitHub are necessary. You should possess UX skills including wireframing, prototyping, user flow creation, information architecture, usability principles, user research, persona creation, journey mapping, A/B testing, and data-driven design decision-making. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms, excellent attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills are required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential. Nice to have qualifications include experience with animation tools like Lottie and After Effects, exposure to accessibility standards such as WCAG and ARIA, understanding of backend integration through REST APIs and JSON, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. This is a full-time, permanent position. The work location is in-person, and the ability to relocate to Madurai is a requirement.,
