About the Role

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 - 5 years of experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, drive user-centric design, and develop intuitive interfaces that delight our users.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Design and implement sophisticated microinteractions that enhance user experience and guide user behavior intuitively.
• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy integrated with design to enhance usability and communicate effectively.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate to find into actionable design enhancements involving motion and interactivity.
• Contribute to usability testing focused on interaction feedback and user's emotional response to design elements.
• Communicate ideas clearly through wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and motion design demos.
• Strong visual/UI design foundation and understanding of information architecture.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Familiarity with user research tools and methods for gathering actionable feedback.

Tools and Technologies

• Expert in Figma for interface design and prototyping, including advanced animation capabilities.

Note: This position requires working onsite from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must confirm availability for these working hours.

During the probation period, the company will not provide an office laptop. Candidates are expected to bring their own laptops for work.
